These Terms of Use govern your use of Local Language Coach, provided by BitQuest Studio LLC. By downloading, purchasing, or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the applicable Apple terms for your download, purchase, subscription, and device.
License
The app is licensed, not sold. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless Apple or BitQuest Studio LLC presents other applicable terms. If these Terms conflict with rights that cannot legally be limited, those mandatory rights control.
Educational service
Local Language Coach provides educational language content. Language, pronunciation, register, customs, and regional usage vary by speaker, community, relationship, and context. The app does not guarantee fluency, native-like speech, a particular learning result, or successful communication in every situation.
The app is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, safety, immigration, financial, or emergency advice. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service and seek qualified help.
Memberships
A paid membership unlocks the included regional courses, Review, Listen, Saved, offline audio, and eligible course updates while the membership remains active.
Local Language Coach offers these auto-renewable subscriptions in the United States StoreKit configuration:
- Monthly Membership: US $9.99 per month
- Annual Membership: US $69.99 per year
Prices and currencies vary by storefront and may change. The App Store purchase sheet displays the current price, subscription duration, trial eligibility, and billing terms that apply to you, and that display is authoritative.
Free trials and renewal
Each subscription product is configured with a 7-day free trial for eligible subscribers. Apple determines eligibility. A customer can redeem only one introductory offer in the Local Language Coach subscription group, so redeeming a trial on one plan does not provide a second trial on the other plan.
If you are eligible, the subscription starts immediately and Apple does not charge the renewal price until the trial ends. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically for the selected duration at the price displayed by Apple unless canceled. Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before a trial ends if you do not want it to renew.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple through Report a Problem.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for lawful personal and educational purposes. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, scrape, circumvent access controls, interfere with service operation, or reverse engineer the app or its content except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.
Intellectual property
The app, course structure, original lesson text, recordings, artwork, software, and related materials are owned by BitQuest Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and reference sources remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
We may correct, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or course content. We do not promise that every feature, lesson, or service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Active subscriptions retain the rights required by applicable law and Apple’s subscription rules.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. BitQuest Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app, subscriptions, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be posted at this URL before or when they take effect.
